MS Dynamics CRM Developer - PowerApps (5-12 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer with expertise in Java to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in MS Dynamics CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, SSIS, SSRS, Data Migration, and Azure Functions. This role requires strong technical acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements.

- Design and implement Power Apps and Power Automate workflows to enhance business processes.

- Work on data migration strategies, ensuring seamless data transfer and integrity.

- Develop and optimize reports using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and integrate SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for data transformation.

- Leverage Azure Functions to build scalable and serverless solutions in cloud environments.

- Write and maintain Java-based components where necessary to support integrations and application development.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM configurations, integrations, and performance tuning.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, testers, and other developers, to ensure smooth project delivery.

- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365) customization and configuration.

- Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate.

- Hands-on experience with SSIS and SSRS for reporting and data integration.

- Knowledge of data migration techniques and tools within Microsoft ecosystems.

- Experience working with Azure Functions and cloud-based development.

- Solid understanding of Java programming and its applications in enterprise solutions.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Web Services, and Integration techniques.

- Good understanding of SQL, database management, and data structures.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure.

- Experience in working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Knowledge of additional cloud services such as Azure Logic Apps, Dataverse, or AI Builder.
