Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Automation Engineer (Ahmedabad-Based) with a minimum of 4 years of experience in automation testing. In this role, you will design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to ensure our software products meet high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design effective test strategies
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects
- Document test cases, test plans, and test results
- Work with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies
- Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality standards are met
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in automation testing
- Proficient with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or JUnit)
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#
- Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins
- Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with API testing and tools like Postman
- Familiarity with performance and load testing tools
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and containerization
