Job Description
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure all areas of the facility are cleaned and sanitized according to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping staff and activities.
- Develop and implement housekeeping schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards.
- Inspect work areas and staff performance to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with hygiene standards.
- Train new housekeeping staff in proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock.
