Drive Improvement / Innovation in Business Process:
- Analyze Tickets and CRs and recommend improvement areas
- Work with L2 team to drive SAP standard solution usage and conduct training on the same for the key users.
- Validate change request viz-a-viz standard solution and recommend options on benefit vs. cost, prioritization to DPEx lead for consideration.
- Review Root causes and propose and drive preventative solutions.
- Drive the Solutioning for complex Change requests and assess impact of cross functional changes to mitigate risk.
Drive Innovations:
- Responsible for overall delivery of the stream / Products
- Drive rigor in documentation including Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)
- Validate the CR solution by the support team and ensure proper documentation.
- Review the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & CAPA for P1 and P2 issues and ensure right documentation.
Collaborate with Business Leaders:
- Align with Business leads on fortnightly basis to identify the pain areas, concerns and prepare a roadmap to address the same
- Regular connect with Business for identifying improvement opportunities in respective stream.
- Seek opportunities to improve delivery and close process gaps
Drive Operational Excellence
- Act as a knowledge bridge between Business, DPEx and support team & Forecast for Just in Time requirements to Project Manager for better fulfilment.
- Create Monthly release plan & Effort Estimation for new developments
- Responsible for solutioning, effort estimations & alignment with stake holders on new initiatives. & Responsible to present & review the SAP changes as a part of Change Control Board
- Responsible to connect SME's / Innovation teams in PwC for presenting solutions that needs cross applications / products expertise.
- Acting as a point of contact for business for the function & Tracking and managing all business metrics
- Reduction in the volume of repeat incidents with a timeframe
