Vice President - Investment Performance - Reporting & Performance APAC

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee investment performance reporting across private and liquid credit strategies.

- Develop and improve performance metrics, dashboards, and reports.

- Support fundraising efforts by managing performance-related data requests.

- Act as a key resource for APAC and global stakeholders.

- Leverage in-house technology to optimize data sourcing and reporting.

- Technology Enablement: Utilize Python, SQL, and Power BI to manage data, automate reports, and develop dashboards for investor reporting and portfolio insights.

- Partnership & Innovation: Collaborate with internal teams (Investment, IR, Marketing, IT, Compliance) to enhance reporting, improve processes, and implement data-driven solutions.

- Data Validation: Ensure accuracy and reliability of investment performance data by working closely with cross-functional teams to validate, refine, and maintain reporting standards.

- Overseeing staffing, assignments, and coverage to ensure scalable team support.

- Providing training, setting clear performance expectations, and maintaining a continuous feedback loop.

- Monitoring team performance through quantitative metrics and internal feedback, driving process improvements.
