Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Sales - Semiconductor (VLSI) to drive business growth, expand global client relationships, and lead sales strategy in the semiconductor and VLSI domain. This role will focus on acquiring new customers, managing key accounts, and scaling revenue across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the semiconductor, VLSI, and embedded systems space.

- Identify and engage with key global semiconductor clients (Intel, AMD, Qualcomm, ARM, etc.) to expand market reach.

- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.

- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.

- Leverage industry insights to drive business expansion across India, the US, Europe, and APAC markets.

- Work closely with engineering and delivery teams to provide customer-centric solutions.

- Develop strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in the semiconductor ecosystem.

Key Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience in sales and business development within the semiconductor, VLSI, ASIC, or embedded systems industry.

- Strong network with leading semiconductor OEMs, Tier-1s, and design service providers.

- Proven experience in driving multi-million-dollar sales deals and strategic partnerships.

- Deep understanding of VLSI design services, semiconductor product lifecycle, and embedded solutions.

- Expertise in international business development (US, Europe, APAC).

- Ability to lead and mentor a high-performance sales team.
