- Mentor and train junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders, including clients and regulatory agencies.
- Liaise with local authorities, contractors, and stakeholders to coordinate project activities and ensure alignment with community needs.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
