Job Description

Why were hiring:
To have responsibility for the provision of IDAM consultancy services, 3 rd line technical support, directory onboarding, application integration and the delivery of strategic initiatives relating to our global IDAM platforms
What youll be doing:
- To provide IDAM consultancy services and 3 rd line technical support to our CoE and global technical community.
- To integrate applications into our IDAM service for the purpose of authentication, authorisation and provisioning where available.
- To onboard user directories from new acquisitions and existing companies as required.
- To assist in the implementation of strategic IDAM objectives in conjunction with the IDAM Architects.
- To coach the IDAM technical support team to enhance their technical understanding.
- To manage designated technical team members.
- To maintain CMDB Service Catalogue technical artefacts relating to IDAM configuration items.
- To participate in the IDAM Change Management process.
What youll need:
- Certified to Okta Consultant level or equivalent in another Identity product
- An expert understanding of IDAM solutions, in particular: Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, G-Suite, AWS.
- Advanced understanding of SSO implementations including SAML/OpenID integrations.
- A minimum of 5 years technical experience in IDAM support implementations.
- Experience of working with global teams.
- Experience of working in large scale, high complexity environments.
