Job Role And Responsibilities.

The NetSuite Financial Tools Administrator is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing NetSuite software for our business needs.

They work with teams across the business as well as external development teams to customize the software, resolve user issues, and define processes, Configure and maintain.

Customize and configure NetSuite to meet business needs and processes.

This includes designing dashboards, creating and modifying user roles, and managing user access, roles, and permissions, Optimize.

Streamline workflow by optimizing the software and ensuring its functionality.

This includes developing and implementing workflows, saved searches, and reports to improve efficiency and decision-making, Support users.

Provide training and support to users to ensure they use the system effectively.

This includes helping with data extraction through reporting and searches, and facilitating system adoption and satisfaction.

Provide technical assistance in accounting & FP&A processes, such as ME close, Budgets and Payroll, with uploads and integrations, Resolve issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.

This includes keeping customizations up to date and working with clients to resolve technical problems, Collaborate.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NetSuite with other business systems.

This includes coordinating with NetSuite and Salesforce development and integration with external systems, Stay updated.

Keep up with NetSuite updates, releases, and best practices, Skills.

Two to five years experience in Netsuite or a similar ERP system like Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, SYSPro, etc,, Experience creating dashboards, implementing workflows and report creation.

Excellent attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Effective communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Experience providing user support and training with Netsuite or similar program.

Qualification.

Bachelors degree in any related field, This is an office-based role aligned with US working hours from our office in Hyderabad, About Woundtech.
