Lead Engineer - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (7-15 yrs)

L&T Sufin is looking for a smart and dymanic technology leader who can help in building AI and ML based products for its B2B Product based platform

the incumbent should have hands on experience in building AI and ML products, for a product based platform using multiple AI and ML Libraries this will be Team Leading Profile which will be based out of L&T's Office in BKC

Key Requirement :

- Extensive experience in ML frameworks and technologies

- Hands on development & engineering skills ( see details )

- Proficient in Python and ML libraries ( see details )

- Proficient in data management technologies

- Knowledge of application development mobile & web technologies

- Sound theoretical knowledge of AI/ML techniques & algorithms

- Must have managed engineering teams

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify appropriate tools, technologies, frameworks for SuFin AI requirements

- Responsible for successful implementation of AI / ML initiative from a technology perspective

- Enable adoption / integration of AI/ML solutions into the SuFin platform

- Responsible for operational health & optimization of AI/ML solutions and infrastructure

- Keep abreast of research in the AI/ML space and identify relevant tools & technologies for SuFin

Details :

- Must have hands on development experience in python and ML & data science libraries

- Must have developed deep learning models for production from scratch

- Must have hands on development experience in Pytorch & Tensorflow

- Must have experience in running, monitoring & deployment of models in productions

- Must have knowledge of both open source & commercial LLMs . Understands the use cases,

- limitations and constraints of adopting the same for a commercial business / corporate

- Must have team management & stake holder management skiils

- Should be fluent in ML algorithms and theoretical aspects of ML

- Should be up to date on AI/ML research, should be able to assimilate for commercial use
