PMS & Learning and Development Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Perform KPI analysis, benchmarking, and competency mapping to measure performance against industry standards.
   
2. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and develop competencies.
   
3. Manage Performance Management Systems (PMS), including setting goals, tracking progress, and conducting regular reviews.
   
4. Develop learning programs to address identified skill gaps through various methods such as classroom training or e-learning modules.
   
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective learning strategies that align with business objectives.
