Job Description
As a Scrum Master at WN Infotech, you will play a crucial role in leading Agile development teams to deliver high-quality software products. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide the development team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
- Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress to ensure successful sprint delivery.
- Coach team members on Agile principles and practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog.
- Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and project metrics.
- Foster an environment of collaboration, trust, and transparency within the team and across the organization.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile development teams.
- Deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile leadership role.
- Experience working in software development projects using Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
