Job Description

Job Summary

As a Systems Analyst at WN Infotech, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems to meet the companys needs. You will work closely with various departments to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of WN Infotechs information systems.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Analyze existing information systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new systems or system enhancements.
Design and develop technical solutions to meet business requirements, including software applications, databases, and interfaces.
Collaborate with software developers and other IT professionals to implement and test information systems.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for existing information systems.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in systems analysis and design.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and requirements.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Qualification & Experience Required

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or a related field.
Experience with systems analysis and design techniques, such as requirements gathering, process modeling, and data modeling.
Experience with software development tools and technologies, such as IDEs, version control systems, and testing frameworks.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Certified Systems Analyst, Certified ScrumMaster) are a plus.
