Data Analyst - Technical Lead

We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Data Analyst to join our team to begin an exciting and challenging career with Aristocrat. We are seeking a Data Analyst with T-SQL / Power BI / Python capability to integrate/migrate data across portfolios and produce effective Power BI dashboards / reports through optimization and model creation. This is an individual contributor role, and the individual would be working closely with Global IT team for capturing the right data requirements from stakeholders, support program operational activities and develop PBI dashboards/reports for data driven decision making. What Youll Do

• The ideal candidate will have spent their most recent 6-8 years working as a Data Analyst where you were responsible for;
• Strong experience in creation and maintenance of SQL queries, Views, and Stored Procs
• Design compelling and intuitive data visualizations in Power BI to convey insights effectively. Customize and format visuals to meet business requirements.
• Manage Data Analysis and Migration activities on critical Projects on ERP, CRM and PLM.
• Strong experience in MS SQL, SSRS & SSIS
• Implement data security measures to ensure sensitive information is protected.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and data privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand data requirements.
• Manage stakeholder expectations - identify and act on urgent issues
• Interactions with delivery manager, development teams, quality teams, global project managers and senior leadership
• Publish regular and ad-hoc reports from various sources
• Provide input into improvements to existing reports and tools
• Translating business requirements into technical delivery narratives including mock-ups, business requirements, descriptions of custom objects/fields needed,
• Know-how of ERP (D365), CRM (Salesforce) and PLM (Team Center) is good to have.

• Power BI certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or similar certifications are advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
• Demonstrated effective analytical skills
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must
• Experience with SaaS and on prem software platforms
• Experience soliciting, gathering and analyzing user input and requirements
• Experience authoring requirements, grooming user stories for agile development, and creating related documentation.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, business process owners, technical project managers and technical teams to execute business analysis tasks.
