Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to hiring candidates.
• Job Posting: Create job descriptions and post them on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize social media, job boards, and professional networks to source and attract the best talent.
• Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial phone interviews, evaluate candidates, and shortlist the most suitable applicants.
• Offer Negotiation: Manage salary negotiations, offer letters, and facilitate smooth placement processes.
• Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities, providing regular progress reports.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ years of recruitment experience (prior experience in IT, Non-IT, or staffing agency is a plus).
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Proficient in using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Monster.
• Ability to assess candidate profiles and match them with job requirements.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and good time management skills.
• Freelance recruiters: Ability to work on project-based terms and manage clients effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree (HR or related fields preferred).
• Familiarity with recruitment tools like MS Office and other HR software.
• Previous experience working with remote teams or handling freelance recruitment roles.
