Job details: -

1. Work Location: CDC-5, Sholinganallur, Chennai.
2. Shift Timings: Night Shift Only (7.30 PM to 5.30 AM IST Hrs.)
3. Work Model: All five days Work from Office only. No WFH and No Hybrid.
4. Commute: One-way cab (Drop facility from Office)

Role & responsibilities

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES

Responsible for processing Loan lifecycle events such as Billing,Rollover,Rate setting,Funding,Increase/decrease, Paydowns,Commitment reduction,Interest/Fee/Adhoc Payments, SSI updates with 2step/4step procedure followed.

Responsible to take action of Lender queries received in group email boxes i.e ECRM within 24 hrs and resolution within 2 business days

Responsible for Processing assignment monitoring (Trades Process- Primary/Secondary)

Match Cash breaks for previous day transactions and add comments for pending items

Responsible to Share EOD status with detailed comments on BAU acitivities and Pending Items.

Responsible for Processing transactions as per training and SOP.Report to supervisor incase of any deviations.

Responsible for completing assigned Works with 100% accuracy.

Ensure to complete all mandatory trainings before due date

Capable of handling few operational reports as applicable for sub processes.

Having strong knowledge and hands on expereince in using applications like Loan IQ and Clearpar.

Responsible for investigating and resolving Pending cash breaks(New/Aged)

Capable of following escalations matrix.

Ensure to get cross trained in all sub processes within the team

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

• Strong focus on process results, accuracy.
• Good analytical skills and effective time management in prioritizing work
• Sound understanding of the Syndication Loan products and Processes
• Should possess good training and coaching skills
• Flexible and adaptable to change

Should have experience in Capital Market products especially in Loan Sydication with Loan IQ

• Should have experience of handling customer KPI reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and Query handling skills.
