To help carry us even further, we are searching for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team. The main purpose of this position is to assist the Market Data Operations team in the execution of Market Data Operations framework, policy and standards. This position assists in the management of Contract Data and Request Management of Market Data Services for the firm.



Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day requests from users within the firm for Market Data Products and Services such as Contract Management, Contract Lifecycle, Invoice allocations, and Purchase Orders.

Run daily reports in ServiceNow to cater operations and manage data quality.

Provide inputs and assist with process enhancement, and automation activities.

Create Requirement Documents, and incident summaries when needed.

Work with business partners to gather and understand functional requirements, develop complex queries and provide reports.
