WheelsEye - HR Business Partner (4-7 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Gurgaon. Key Requirements :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 4-7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a strategic HR role.

- Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and HR best practices.

- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.

- Proficiency in HR tools, Google Sheets and MS Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives.

- Talent Management: Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.

- Employee Engagement: Design and drive employee engagement strategies to improve retention, motivation, and performance.

- Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process and provide coaching for performance improvement.

- Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

- HR Analytics: Use data-driven insights to improve employee experience and business outcomes.

- Policy Implementation: Ensure HR policies are effectively communicated and consistently applied across teams.

- Learning & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate L&D initiatives to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
