Job Title: Insurance Advisor

Reports to: Team Lead/ Branch Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on insurance products, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert advice to clients on insurance products, including life, health, and general insurance.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.

3. Achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into sales.

4. Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory updates, and product developments to provide informed insurance advice.

5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and product specialists, to deliver exceptional client service.

6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. 2+ years of experience in insurance sales, advisory, or a related field.

2. Professional certification in insurance, such as IRDAI or III.

3. Strong knowledge of insurance products, risk assessment, and underwriting principles.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
