Data Entry Operator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to efficiently and accurately input, update, and maintain data in our systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with spreadsheets and databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and company software.
• Verify and cross-check data for errors and inconsistencies.
• Maintain and update records in a timely manner.
• Retrieve and organize data as required.
• Ensure data security and confidentiality.
• Assist in generating reports and documents when needed.
• Follow company procedures and data entry standards.
• Communicate with relevant departments for data validation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).
• Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative roles.
• Fast and accurate typing skills (X WPM preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
