WebKorps - Lead Android Developer - Java/Kotlin (5-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications.

- Lead and mentor other Android developers.

- Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to define, develop, and deliver features.

- Implement UI/UX principles to create engaging and user-friendly mobile experiences.

- Integrate with APIs and third-party libraries.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring application stability and performance.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Android development trends and technologies.

- Contribute to the overall mobile strategy and architecture.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Extensive experience (specify desired years of experience, e.g, 5+ years) in Android development.

- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Java, and Kotlin.

- Experience with Android Studio and Gradle.

- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles for mobile applications.

- Experience with API integration and third-party libraries.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
