Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Process Management:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards, career pages, and social media platforms.
• Source candidates through various channels, including databases, social media, and employee referrals.

Screening and Interviewing:

• Review applications and screen candidates to assess qualifications.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate and facilitate the interview process with hiring teams.

Candidate Engagement:

• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and updates.

Offer Management:

• Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of employment, ensuring alignment with company policies.

Employer Branding:

• Promote the organizations brand as an employer of choice.
• Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruitment events, and networking opportunities.

Data Management and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
