Sales Support Trainee( Fresher)- building material-Bhopal

1. Sampling & Site Visits: Conduct product sampling at various construction sites to promote brand visibility and generate sales leads.
2. Construction Site Branding: Engage with contractors, engineers, and site supervisors to establish product presence at construction sites.
3. Sales Promotion Activities: Organize and participate in promotional campaigns, trade shows, and industry events to enhance market penetration.
4. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer need assessments.
5. Field Sales Exposure: Work closely with senior sales professionals to understand client requirements and deliver effective solutions.
6. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate must have his own vehicle and driving license.
• Diploma in civil/ B.Tech civil required.
• Should be local to Bhopal
• Designation - Graduate Trainee
• Should have knowledge of building material or construction chemical products( Paints, putty,Tile adhesive,gypsum, cement, AAC block, RMC, concrete,gypsum plaster)
