Shit in Charge - Tanzania

-Candidate has to handle the Shifts Operations in all Shifts

-Should be able to analyse the production issues and timely resolution.

-Provide support to the subordinates during shifts & Post Production, also able to handle the manpower in Shift Operations.

-Coordination between mould Station configuration to planner and execution team.

- Verification of plan orders, seconds order creation, verification of scrapping and repairing.

-Consolidated reports to be prepared during shift operation.

-Analysis of previous day activities and corrective actions against deviations during the production.

-Special order tracking mails to be shared to the seniors like MTO, Export reports.

-Active Participation required in 5S and lean Management for respective zones.

-Candidate has to resolve the conflicts

-Optimizing resources in shifts and ensuring quality.

Languages to be known: Malayalam,Hindi,English
