Deputy Manager - Risk Mgt - Tech Presales - IT Presales

As a part of Information Security function, work with organization various bid teams (Sales, Presales, Technology, Operation, Risk etc.) for providing information security solution and response support during client RFP process. To ensure that all client specified information security, data privacy and compliance requirements are effectively captured, understood, and responded with greater details in RFP responses. To ensure that all information security and data privacy clauses in the contracts / agreements / exhibits are reviewed along with legal and other required stakeholders. Ensure client s information security and data privacy requirements are effectively understood, addressed, and responded as part of RFP responses. Ensure review of MSA / SOW and other exhibits is carried out from Information security and privacy standpoint. Ensure client due diligence activities, annual assessment reviews are supported in client provided timelines. Providing internal advice, consulting on matters of data security and privacy to business and other functional leadership Maintain knowledge repository for Information security responses and presentations. RFP Response support on matters of Information security and privacy Review of various contract document (MSA / SOW / Data security and privacy agreements) submitted to InfoSec Presales through E-mail / online portal. Participating in Internal RFP response review calls External / client review calls on MSA and SOW negotiations. Creation of up-to-date knowledge repositories of Submitted InfoSec responses, various information security and IT policies and procedures on SharePoint. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on latest development in emerging information security standards, privacy regulations and standards and Changes in WNS Internal Infosec, privacy and technology policies and procedures
