Manager / Assistant manger - WMS IT

Job Summary:
The Information WMS Manager will oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of the Warehouse Management System (WMS). This role involves leading WMS projects, ensuring system efficiency, and aligning WMS functionalities with business needs. The WMS Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance warehouse operations and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

WMS Implementation & Management:

• Lead the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of the WMS.
• Coordinate with vendors, IT teams, and warehouse staff to ensure seamless WMS integration.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.

Process Optimization:

• Analyze warehouse processes and identify opportunities for improvement using WMS capabilities.
• Develop and implement best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with operational standards and procedures.

Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor a team of WMS specialists and support staff.
• Provide training and support to end-users on WMS functionalities and updates.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Data Management & Reporting:

• Ensure accurate data entry and management within the WMS.
• Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into warehouse performance.
• Utilize data to drive strategic decisions and operational improvements.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and IT departments to align WMS capabilities with business objectives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for WMS-related queries and issues.
