AGM-HR Operation

• Monitoring Overall HR
• Controlling & Monitoring HR Operations Budget.
• Prepare and maintain various data/MIS for business review and analysis.
• Preparing, redefining and implementing HR Policies.
• Ensuring government notices are being attended /closed.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s mission and objectives
• Responsible for HR Business partnering with all stake holders across plant & Corporate office
• Drive organizational change management and lead HR transformation initiatives
• Develop and implement performance management systems to drive to drive efficiency & effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, industrial relations policies, and health & safety regulations.
• Oversee HR audits and address any areas of non-compliance promptly.
• Utilize HR information systems (HRIS) for effective tracking and reporting of HR metrics.
• Responsible for HR operations and employee life cycle for plant & corporate office
