• Position: Telecalling Executive - Banking Collection Process
• Job location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (MH)
• Work mode: Work From Office
• Languages required: Marathi & English
• Experience: 0 - 2 years
• Education: Any Graduate
• Certification: DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification required
• Salary: As per industry norms

Job responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for debt recovery
• Maintain the records of the calls

Desired candidate profile

• Qualification: Any Graduate
• DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification mandatory
• Can speak Hindi and English languages fluently
• Excellent vernal and written communication skills
• Good listening skills and empathy
• Well versed with MS Office suite
• Comfortable to relocate or travel to Navi Mumbai
• Immediate joiner
