BPO General Manager- Pune

Location : Pune& Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the overall international BPO operations.
Drive operational excellence by monitoring performance, setting and achieving key performance
indicators (KPIs), and optimizing processes.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies across all
regions.
Develop strong, collaborative relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their
needs, identify opportunities, and resolve issues proactively.

Implement best practices and process improvements to drive cost-efficiency and service
delivery.

Develop and manage budgets for the international BPO operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness
and optimal resource allocation.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 12 years of experience in BPO operations, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
managing Telecom Voice Processes in international settings.

- Strong understanding of the Telecom industry, including voice processes, technical support, and
customer service operations.

- Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for
improvement.

Education:

Must have Bachelors degree or above
