Fire fighting Draftsman

A Fire Fighting Project Draftsman is responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for fire protection systems in projects. This role involves interpreting and translating project specifications into clear and accurate blueprints.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

2. Oversee the development of fire-fighting system designs, ensuring they meet client specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

3. Conduct thorough reviews of technical drawings, specifications, and other design documentation prepared by the fire-fighting design team.

4. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in fire-fighting design.

5. Interface with clients to address technical queries, present design proposals, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

REQUIREMENT:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

2. Proven experience as an Fire-fighting Design & Drafting Engineer.

3. In-depth knowledge of Fire-fighting systems, components, and design principles.

4. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

5. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.

6. Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant engineering tools.

7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
