Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid 3 days Working from office is must)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead React Native Developer with 7+ years of experience in mobile and UI component development. The ideal candidate should have expertise in building scalable, reusable, and high-performance React Native components, ensuring best practices for mobile app development. This role requires hands-on experience in leading teams, collaborating with designers, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable React Native applications.
Develop reusable UI components following best practices in performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
Ensure the seamless integration of mobile applications with backend services and APIs.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and user experience.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to build a cohesive and efficient development process.
Implement and enforce coding standards, linting, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in React Native, JavaScript, and mobile development.
Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production and development environments.
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code.
Work with tools like Storybook, SonarQube, ESLint, and Veracode for quality and security.

Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years of experience in front-end/mobile development, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in React Native.
Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, and Context API.
Proficiency in building custom UI components and handling complex animations/interactions.
Experience with React Native Storybook for component development and testing.
Familiarity with third-party libraries, native modules (Swift/Kotlin), and bridging techniques.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSocket implementations.
Knowledge of mobile performance optimization and debugging tools.
Experience in writing unit tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Detox, etc.).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and package management tools like npm/yarn.
Experience in managing design tokens and theme-based component systems.
Understanding of accessibility best practices (a11y) and mobile security considerations.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in React Native for Web.
Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Firebase, or Azure.
Knowledge of AI-driven development tools for design-to-code automation.
Exposure to Enterprise-grade design systems and component libraries.
