UI Angular Lead

UI Developer with Accessibility testing Knowledge:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain user interface using Angular and other modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript).
Design and implement reusable UI Components and libraries to improve development efficiency and maintainability.access
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design prototypes into functional, responsive web applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues, bugs, and inconsistencies.
Performance optimization and application responsiveness are also pivotal
Conduct accessibility testing and ensure that web applications meet WCAG 2.1, ADA guidelines and other standard accessibility guidelines.
Utilize tools like AXE, Wave, or similar to perform manual and automated accessibility testing.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsive, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with back-end developer to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow within the application.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to UI development and web accessibility.

Required Skills & Qualification:
6-8 years of hands-on experience in front-end development, with a focus on Angular and TypeScript.
Strong Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
Deep understanding of Angular including its components services, directives, pipes, and routing.
Experience with State Management libraries like NgRx or similar.
Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jasmine and Karma.
Strong Knowledge and experience in accessibility testing (WCAG, ARIA).
Familiarity with accessibility tools like AXE, Wave and Lighthouse
Experience with version control tools Git, Github.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex UI issues.
Knowledge of CI/CD practices is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Should have experience with product management tools like Jira.
Good Communication skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
