Solution Architect

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of complex, large-scale solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives and technical requirements.

You will bridge the gap between business and technical teams, guiding the solutioning process, making architectural decisions, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions.

Your expertise in emerging technologies, including Generative AI (GenAI), will be essential to stay ahead of industry trends and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the solution design and architecture for large, complex systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Analyze client requirements, identify areas for improvement, and design effective technical solutions.
Provide guidance and mentorship to technical teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring best practices are followed.
Review technical artifacts, prototypes, and documentation to ensure quality and accuracy.
Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technical, and operational areas to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Drive the implementation of scalable and secure architectures, providing technical leadership throughout the development process.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, including GenAI, to recommend and implement new tools and techniques that can improve business outcomes.
Ensure that the solutions meet business requirements while maintaining high standards of performance, security, and scalability.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and work to streamline solutions and development processes.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Cloud Technologies: Expertise in MS Azure (Platform as a Service, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Monitoring, Logic Apps, Event Hub, IoT Hub, etc.)
Development Technologies: Python, NodeJS, ReactJS, Angular, C#, .NET Core, Asp.NET, Web API, MVC, RESTful API, HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript
Emerging Technologies: Familiarity with Generative AI (GenAI), AI/ML technologies, and how they can be applied to real-world business problems.
Tools & Platforms: Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Docker, SharePoint, O365, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure App Services
Project Management Methodologies: Agile, Jira
Industry Expertise: Life Sciences, Healthcare, Compliance Training, AI/ML (Medical Kit Inspection and Smart Solutions)
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to design and develop solutions that address business challenges.
Communication: Ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and clients effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience: 16+ years of IT experience, with significant experience in Solution Architecture roles.
Key Projects
One Performance Tool (OPM) Led the architecture for a performance management system, integrating multiple tools for business users to view and manage KPI trends and override data.
Digital Transformation Hub: Architected a compliance training platform, enhancing employee training on industry regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards.
AI-enabled Smart Inspection (AISI): Designed and implemented a mobile app-based solution for medical kit inspection using AI/ML, improving efficiency and accuracy in inspection processes.
