Senior Us It Recruiter

Virpie is expanding its India team. We are looking for highly motivated, success oriented recruiters with excellent communication and relationship building skills.

Responsibilities:

• Full life cycle recruiting for IT staffing solutions
• Proactively source talent and continuously enhance sourcing methods
• Maintain relationship with candidates, ensuring superior candidate experience
• Establish and manage relationships with agencies, external recruitment partners and other professional organizations

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years experience with recruitment for full time W2 positions with direct end clients.
• Solid experience with recruiting tools such as Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, JobDiva, etc.
• Experience recruiting in the Federal Government sector for all Security Clearance levels is a plus. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills, highly driven, a real go-getter
• This position must work the USA Eastern Time day shift. 

Compensation Plan:

• You'll receive UPTO $1000 US Dollars for each candidate you successfully place with our clients for contract assignments.
