Java Developer - Spring Boot/Hibernate (6-10 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Developer with 6-10 years of experience to join our global team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing enterprise-grade technical solutions, a proven ability to adapt to new technologies, and the capability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

This role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud-based SaaS products while contributing to innovative technology and architectural decisions.

Location : Onsite work required, 5 days a week.

Work Hours : 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and enterprise-grade technical solutions that meet business requirements.

- Develop solid unit and integration tests in line with organizational standards.

- Contribute to and drive technological and architectural decisions.

- Actively participate in design and code reviews for team members.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-based solutions.

- Follow established processes and methodologies while maintaining high standards of code quality and resiliency.

- Ensure secure, multi-user, multi-tenancy, and cloud-ready coding practices.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications :

Education : B./B.Tech in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Electronics Engineering.

Experience: 6-10 years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record of operating in a global environment.

Proficiency in :

- Core Java (Java 8+), J2EE: Servlets, Portlets.

- Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Security (SSO, SAML).

- Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.

- Hibernate, multi-threading, data structures, and algorithms.

- Experience in developing resilient, scalable, and secure solutions.

- Strong understanding of exception handling and API development.

- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) with fluency in English.

- Hands-on development experience is a must.

Desirable Skills :

- Proficiency in front-end technologies: AngularJS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, MVC, WebAPI.

- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.

- Familiarity with SSO solutions like OKTA and SAML.

- Database expertise: SQL, Postgres, Oracle, or MS SQL.

- Experience with application servers and servlet containers like WebSphere and Tomcat.

- Knowledge of additional frameworks: Jersey, Mule.
