• Lead generation through cold calling and social media outreach to drive business and fixing appointment for sales persons
  
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to queries, resolving issues efficiently, and building strong relationships with clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial equipment/machinery industry.
  
• Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.Com or B.Tech/B.E., B.Sc).
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with customers at all levels.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical mindset.
