Are you passionate about electronic component engineering and seeking to make a significant impact in the automotive industry?
We are looking for individuals with a B. Tech/B.E in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent, along with 5+ years of experience (preferably in the automotive sector) to be part of our innovative mechatronic solutions team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and approve electronic components for mechatronic products
- Collaborate with customers and suppliers to define component requirements
- Lead root cause analysis for component failures
- Standardize electronic component selection to reduce part proliferation
- Drive VA/VE initiatives for cost reduction and efficiency
- Provide guidance to engineers, PCB designers & lab technicians
- Validate electronic components through rigorous testing

🔹 What Were Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in Electronic Component Engineering
- Strong expertise in electronic circuit design & component selection
- Experience with OrCAD (Preferred)
- Prior experience in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 US Automotive Supplier (Preferred)
- Excellent communication skills for global team collaboration
