Instructor/Lecturer/Asst. Prof. in Food Craft/ Food Preparation/Bakery

Role & responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lectures, demonstrations, and practical sessions in Food Craft, Food Preparation, and Bakery to Degree / Diploma / Certificate Courses students of the University.
• Mentor and guide students in their academic and practical endeavours.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in the culinary field and incorporate them into teaching and curriculum.

Preferred candidate profile

• A degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field (Bachelors/Masters).
• Professional certification in Food Craft, Bakery, or related areas is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience in Food Preparation, Bakery, or Culinary Arts or teaching.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
