We are Hiring Cluster Manager for Vibgyor -Head Office Mumbai

Responsibilities

• Ensure to complete all task as per the respective calendar in the cluster.
• Ensure readiness of Schools (sports and events)
• Audit, Handholding & Mentoring of Team.
• Ensure all Tours, including sports, are conducted as per the calendar.
• Guide the SPA Coordinators to finalise SPA Base Timetable.
• Guide the SPA Coordinators for SPA allotment.
• Guide SPA Coordinator to plan & prepare the Event Calendar
• Guide SPA Coordinator to plan & prepare the Department Calendar
• Conduct regular Audits across Schools
• Induction and Training
• Surprise Checks

Requirements

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sports industry
• Graduation/Post Graduation in Sports Management
• Should have knowledge about Ms Office, Excel, PowerPoint
• Willing to travel to schools
• Knowledge about Business Development in sports industry
