SUMMARY OF ROLE:
Provide a brief summary of the role's primary purpose (no more than 5 sentences). Candidate should possess fair knowledge of statutory compliances such as Provided Fund, Professional tax, and ESI etc. knowledge of personal income tax is preferable.
- Provident Fund End to end process like UAN linking, all online PF activities, Payment and handling of Employee queries.
- Professional Tax End to end process of PT Registration, monthly payout and annual return submission.
- ESI ESI online payment and Site HR support for payments
- Payment of all the Statutory Payments as per the timelines
- Preparation of Statutory payable schedules
- Housing subsidy payout documentation review and process
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTION
- Briefly describe the essential activities that are performed by the role, including key supervisory duties/responsibilities. Each statement should begin with a verb.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Overall management of EPFO portal
- UAN Number linking for New Hires and new creation.
- New Hires Form-11 and PF Passbook validation work
- Exit date to update in portal.
- KYC update for missing PAN Number
- Follow up for pending Bank KYC and E-Nomination
- Approval of PF Transfer Claim, PAN, Bank KYC etc. and follow up
- Management of EPFO Higher pension
- Helping Ex-Employees to withdraw the claims through online and offline also.
- To process Offline PF Claim - Death Claim, Any other Claim
- Liaison and co-ordination with cross functional team and PF department
- Preparation of Circle wise PT Payment Data and arranging the Pay Request
- Returns filling Online and Offline
- Housing subsidy statements review and payment support.
- Preparation of Schedules Income Tax support
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, SKILLS AND LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Preferred Education: Master's degree
This position will be located in Jubilee Hills office, Hyderabad.
Experience - 5 - 10 years Required in Payroll Statutory Payments
- PROFICIENCY IN MICROSOFT OFFICE is must.
