A bit about the profile:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Institutional Sales for capital market broking firm, professional who has a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients in the Broking Industry. He/she will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with institutional clients.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including asset managers, hedge funds, pension funds, insurance companies, and banks
• Identify new business opportunities and execute sales strategies to increase revenue from institutional clients
• Provide market insights and research to institutional clients to support their investment decisions
• Collaborate with internal teams including research, trading, and operations to deliver high-quality service to clients
• Participate in industry events and conferences to promote our brand and build relationships with potential clients
• Keep up to date with industry trends and regulatory developments to ensure compliance with regulations and market practices
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client activity, revenue growth, and new business opportunities

What you'll need to bring:

• At least 7 years of experience in Institutional Sales within the Broking Industry
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and foreign exchange
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities and market trends
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certification in the Broking Industry would be a plus
