Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Fresher AV Programmer to join our AV team. As an AV Programmer, you will assist in programming and integrating various audio-visual systems and technologies for events, conferences, and installations. You will work with a team of experienced professionals to provide technical support and solutions for our AV-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in programming and configuring AV systems, including audio, video, lighting, and control systems.
• Collaborate with senior AV engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV programming, hardware, and software.
• Support the setup of AV equipment for client events, conferences, and other projects.
• Write and test code for automation and integration of AV systems.
• Create and update technical documentation related to AV programming and configurations.
• Participate in training and learning sessions to stay updated with new AV technologies and best practices.
• Ensure that all AV systems are tested and calibrated for optimal performance before events or installations.
• Provide on-site support during the installation to ensure smooth AV operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or diploma (or equivalent experience).

Basic understanding of audio-visual systems and technologies.

Familiarity with programming languages such as C++, Python, or JavaScript (preferred but not mandate).

Knowledge of AV control systems like Crestron, AMX, or similar platforms (a plus).

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.

Eagerness to learn and stay updated on new technologies in the AV industry.

Attention to detail and a passion for technology.
