Sales & Service Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Sales -

• Creating new leads for sales of medical products in the entire North East region
• Contacting prospective customers
• Doing regular follow-ups with new and existing customers for sales
• Assisting the product management team
• Responsible for Weekly reports & MIS
• Co-ordinating for events like conferences. symposiums, learning based lectures, etc.

Service -

• Installations & Demonstration of all IVF Lab equipment to customers. The reporting of which should be sent to the head office, as per Service Reporting Protocol
• To handle all service complaints as assigned and co-ordinate for the same with the H.O. for timely service to the customer.
• To cater to all Maintenance & Repair requirements of the equipment's installed.
• To be involved in all activities related Demonstration of all Equipment's
• Responsible for handling AMC contracts for all Equipment's in co-ordination with the Service coordinator.
• To be involved in activities relating to Validation of IVF Labs and Certification.
• To assist the Projects team in the set-up activities of Turnkey Lab Set-ups.
• Job Involves travelling to our customer sites (at least 15 days in a month)

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in dealing with sales & service in the healthcare industry/medical equipment's
• Experience in Direct Sales & service of Medical Devices/Pharmaceutical Products(for Genecology and Infertility-especially related to ART/IVF)
• Good Verbal and written communication skill -English & local language
• Prior experience within Pharma/Healthcare organizations for instance- selling Hormones

Exp - 4 - 8 yrs

This is a Resident Position and will be part of the Regional office at Kolkata

Education - Graduate / B Sc / B. Tech / BE Electronics / Diploma Electronics
