Education qualification : LLB or LLM (preference) from a reputed colg

Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in corporate

Role:

• Drafting and reviewing of agreement
• Compliance management - statutory compliance
• Policy framework and providing training
• Able to do draft replies to customers/vendors and liasoning with lawyers
• Any experience in anti corruption/bribery, data protection law, anti trust would be preferred
