Job Description
Z1 Tech (Great Place to Work-Certified ) is seeking a Senior Associate- Admin to join our highly collaborative, motivated, and fast-growing team.
What you will do :
- Monitor and procure necessary supplies for the office, reception, mailroom, and kitchen.
- Ensure the facility is safe, secure, and well-maintained, adhering to environmental, health, and security standards.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
- Recruit and train new administrative employees for their specific job roles.
- Conduct semi-annual evaluations of administrative personnel and provide guidance for performance improvement.
- Serve as a liaison between administrative staff and senior management, communicating needs and concerns effectively.
- Plan, schedule, and promote office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
What we are looking for :
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Any graduate or bachelor s degree preferred.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in both English and Hindi.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
