Desktop Support Engineer - L2

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team at Bangalore . The ideal candidate will provide technical support, resolve IT-related issues, and ensure the seamless operation of computer systems and networks. 

Job Description : 

• Shop floor machine handling like Barcode Printers, Scanners, RFID / IoT devices etc. Ensure the technical / escalation support from EUS activities. Assist Central Network and Server team as and when required to troubleshoot and resolve the issues.
• Manage access control / attendance management systems ( Incl. User Registration, Application Admin, Vendor coordination, Technical assistance to HR team. CCTV setup AMC coordination, Technical Coordination with supplier in line with factory audit.
• Asset management/ assign to relevant persons/ responsibly follow up with repairs & services. Flexibility in working hours where in sometimes depending on the imminent business need, to attend on holidays such as Sundays etc. Having knowledge to handle carefully industrial pcs / IoT devices.
• Data management with utmost confidentiality and responsible for business.
• Supporting for new Business requirements / projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2 to 3 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role.
• Candidate should be ready to do work from office ( 6 days working ) 

Work Location - Bangalore - Electronic city 

Experience Required - 2-3 years (  Desktop support - L2 )
