Reporting To: Shardul Kulkarni (Technical Head)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Solar Service Engineer to manage and coordinate technical service activities from
our office. The role involves acting as a key point of contact between customers and the principal
company, ensuring smooth communication and efficient resolution of technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Coordination:
o
Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding technical inquiries, service
requests, and issue resolution.
o
Log service calls, assign priorities, and track resolution timelines.
2. Liaison with Principal Company:
o
Communicate with the principal company for technical support, spare parts
procurement, and warranty claims.
o
Provide detailed feedback and updates on recurring issues to improve product
performance.
3. Technical Support:
o
o
Understand technical specifications of solar products to assist customers effectively.
Guide customers remotely on basic troubleshooting steps.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
o
o
Maintain service records, warranty documentation, and performance data.
Prepare and share periodic service reports with the management and principal
company.
Required Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
Experience: 1-3 years in a technical support or coordination role, preferably in the solar
industry.

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and batteries.
Familiarity with remote troubleshooting tools and techniques.

Soft Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
