Deputy Manager Sales Accounting

This role focuses on financial reporting, analysis, and operational support for FS (Food Services) and e-commerce customers. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate reporting, account reconciliation, and effective collaboration with stakeholders to resolve outstanding issues.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reporting and Analysis

• Prepare and distribute the Weekly Outstanding Report for FS customers.
• Generate the Monthly Commercial Provision Report and analyze Provision vs. Actual data to ensure accuracy and insights for decision-making.
• Review and verify FS monthly sales reports, including Impelpro pricing accuracy

2. Data Management and Reconciliation

• Update and manage FS/MT DN (Delivery Note) bookings.
• Perform General Ledger (GL) reconciliations, ensuring alignment with customer accounts and arranging necessary NOC (No Objection Certificates).
• Conduct customer account reconciliation for timely identification and resolution of discrepancies

3. Customer Claims and Issue Resolution

• Review and verify e-commerce customer claims for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor open items related to customer payments, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of outstanding issues.

4. Collaboration and Process Improvement

• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to optimize reporting and reconciliation procedures.
