Role & responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable - Vendor Invoice booking after verification of TDS/GST compliances accurately and timely. Ensure verification of all vouchers by his Immediate Supervisor.
• Vendor Payment &UTRs Sharing - Vendor Payments as per schedule on due date. Details of Custom duty to be prepared, verify with the online details at Icegate, and to be paid online. Post that, get the same approved and share the challan to concerned users. Timely clearing of advance payments made to vendor. Get RTGS/ NEFT letters/ IDOC’s (Online Payment) verified from signing authorities, send scanned approved letters to Bank and taking confirmation from bank for the receipt of letters. Share UTR details for daily payments along with Invoice wise details and TDS/ any deductions thereon.
• Reconciliations - Preparing monthly bank reconciliation, sending the same to internal departments and coordinating with the concerned department/ person for clearing off pending entries. Other Reconciliations i.e. Vendor/ Customer, Investment/ HR Payable, Inter-Unit, Inter Company, Bank Loans, preparation of applicable GL schedules etc. Preparation of monthly GSTR3B data and Reconciliation of GSTR2A for Punjab Region as applicable.
