Accounts Executive (MIS)

We seek a highly skilled Accounts Executive MIS to manage core accounting functions, financial reporting, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will handle general ledger (GL), accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP) while ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. This role involves preparing financial reports, business planning, and collaborating with teams to enhance financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage general ledger (GL), accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP) processes efficiently.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet (BS), and Cash Flow (CF).
• Ensure accurate recording of accruals, provisions, and necessary adjustments.
• Generate, maintain, and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports for financial insights.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and business strategy.
• Assist in business planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting processes.
• Develop, maintain, and review financial models and analytical reports (both recurring and ad hoc).
• Work with different teams to improve financial performance and optimize business outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in accounting, MIS, or financial reporting.

Desired Profile:

Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and accounting software.

Strong understanding of GL, AR, AP, and financial statements

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
